Job Description Summary: As a Sales Training Leader, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the Diagnostic Solutions (DS) sales team. This role involves aligning training initiatives with overall sales strategy and business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing sales training programs for field sales associates, focusing on selling skills, product and clinical knowledge, and value-based solutions.
  2. Collaborating with the Vice President US DS Sales, Regional Business Managers, and DS US Marketing Team to develop training programs, tools, and talent development initiatives for current and new DS sales associates within the US Region.

This comprehensive approach to sales training aims to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce turnover. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, along with a deep understanding of sales principles and practices.
