Powerhouse is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day success of a segment of the organization’s operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of leadership with large customer interfaces, plus strong financial analysis capabilities.

You will develop and implement policies, train staff, manage weekly budgets, and drive profitability while building solid client relationships and guiding the team toward common goals and long-term

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with extensive leadership experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience leading large customer-facing operations.
  • Experience analyzing financial data and preparing reports and projections.

Responsibilities

  • Participates with organizational leaders to develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures.
  • Ensures staff adherence to guidelines and provides direction and training.
  • Analyzes impact of decisions before execution and tracks progress toward goals.
  • Develops and tracks weekly budget guidelines and reports results to leadership.
  • Builds and maintains client relationships and aligns work with strategic objectives.
  • Leads teams to balance staffing, profitability, and growth, while meeting objectives.
  • Performs other duties as required by leadership.

This position is responsible for day-to-day success of a segment of the organization’s operations in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Participates with other organizational leaders to develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures for the organization.
  • Ensures employee conformance to established guidelines and provides proper direction and training.
  • Works to analyze the impact of decisions/changes before execution.
  • Ensures that all employees within area of responsibility are working toward a common goal and are meeting functional goal simultaneously.
  • Identifies roadblocks and provides assistance in developing work around opportunities for team members.
  • Develops and tracks budgetary guidelines on a weekly basis, presenting results to leadership.
  • Works cooperatively with senior level clients to build and maintain relationships.
  • Works cooperatively with other senior team members to ensure the company’s objections are being met.
  • Develops and implements both short-, and long-term goals for organization.
  • Demonstrates the ability to train, motivate, mentor, and retain personnel in order to balance staffing strengths with profitability and organizational growth.
  • Constantly monitors and adjusts business segment financial projections.
  • Performs other duties as required by leadership.

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE And TRAINING

Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university preferred.

At least 8 years of experience with large customer interface preferred in construction, retail/restaurant industry.

Experience analyzing financial data and preparing reports and project projections.
