He or sheis responsible forbusiness developmentandsales, client satisfaction,managinga team of1099-basedstrategic consultants,hitting revenueand profit targets,andcreating value-add services.

Duties and Responsibilities

ManageAccelerant Services

• Manage delivery of,ensure quality of, and improve ourConsulting&Cohortservices
• Ensure high client satisfaction as measured by client feedback surveys
• Achieve revenue and profitability goals
• Managebillingand invoicingand accounts receivables
• LeverageMission Triangle’sno-cost model, communitytrust,and credibilityrelationships tosellaccelerantservices(ienewconsulting projects/services, recruitingcohort members)
• Promoteservicesto nonprofitsand fundersvia multiple mediums, includingcultivatingreferrals
• Recruit, onboard anddevelopStrategic Consultant team(1099 contractors)with experts in our core competencies who align with our mission and values
• Work with theProgram Teamto providetraining,encouragecontinuing educationfromhigh-quality external sources,andensurequality service delivery across consulting team
• Build a culture ofpeer support, mutual learning,best practices sharing,and camaraderieamong consultants
• Ensurestrong performanceand delivery among consultants andcultivateexcellent feedback from clients
