Qualifications

• Doctorate plus 3+ years analytics/forecasting
• Master’s plus 5 years in analytics/forecasting
• Bachelor’s plus 7 years in analytics/forecasting
• Associate’s plus 12 years in analytics/forecasting
• High school/GED plus 14 years in analytics/forecasting

Responsibilities

• Provide objective, rigorous forecasting viewpoints across functions.
• Lead development of obesity forecasts and ad-hoc requests.
• Analyze product performance vs. expectations (revenue, market size, penetration).
• Use datasets (Xponent, NPA, LAAD, 852) to justify forecast assumptions.
• Support QBRS, Situation Analysis, and Brand Plan with data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with marketing/finance for analytics inputs and assumptions.
• Define SLAs for forecasting/analytics deliverables.
• Independently lead quick-turnaround projects with limited guidance.
• Manage projects, timelines, and stakeholder/vendor relationships.
• Deliver clear communications and presentations using PowerPoint/Excel.
