Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of related work.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R; strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with Tableau or Spotfire or similar visualization tools.
• Understanding of statistical modeling and machine-learning concepts; ability to translate analyses into business insights.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical solutions to support commercial decision‑making (e.g., forecasting inputs, segmentation, performance analytics).
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to large, complex datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders and partner with cross‑functional teams.
