Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks an Associate Director for New England to advance donor engagement and fundraising strategies across the region. The role focuses on building relationships with donors, volunteers and partners while guiding campaigns and events.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director, supervise regional activities, manage CRM tools, and support board operations. Occasional evening/weekend duties are expected in this dynamic nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years fundraising, stewardship and event planning/coordination.
• Ability to build and maintain strong donor relationships and with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in nonprofit management, fundraising, related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
• Commitment to integrity, ethics, and discretion.
• High-level proficiency with fundraising software and CRM tools; Raiser's Edge a plus.
• Familiarity with the New England community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Executive Director on strategic plan implementation and objectives.
• Oversee donor stewardship, including donor recognition and marketing/communications.
• Coordinate and execute chapter events across New England including annual Soldier Tribute.
• Manage team initiatives and assist with regional Board operations.
• Occasional evening/weekend programming.
