Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to focus on Oncology (Gastrointestinal, Genitourinary, & Thoracic) in Southern California. The MSL will develop scientific relationships, communicate current knowledge, and gather insights to influence research and strategy.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with external healthcare professionals and internal teams.
  2. Provide in-depth scientific and medical information regarding Lilly's oncology portfolio.
  3. Stay current with scientific literature, attend conferences, and share knowledge with the team.
  4. Manage administrative activities, including documentation and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) in health sciences with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's/Bachelor's with 5+ years of oncology experience.
  • Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in GI/GU/Thoracic oncology, hospital or outpatient clinical settings.
  • Ability to travel up to 70%, including weekends.
  • Strong scientific knowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
