Job summary

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business seeks an Associate Director for Full-Time MBA Student Recruitment and Admissions to lead yield initiatives and manage relationships with internal and external partners. This role focuses on crafting and executing a comprehensive yield plan from admission through matriculation.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in higher education, a Bachelor's degree, and strong written/verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google applications.
• Familiarity with Slate CRM and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct applicant evaluation and yield activities as part of admissions.
• Develop and execute annual yield strategy and calendar from admission to matriculation.
• Coordinate yield-related events and communications for admitted students.
• Collaborate with Admissions Marketing and Operations to align messaging.
• Liaise with internal partners across Booth to integrate stakeholders into yield programming.
• Grow outreach with alumni clubs and special events.
