Eli Lilly and Company in Huntsville, Alabama is hiring an IT Associate Director to lead Manufacturing & Quality IT for the new site, including MES, data historian and labs systems to enable startup and steady production.

You will guide IT strategy, partner with global Facilities and Manufacturing teams, and drive data integrity, automation and regulatory compliance (cGMP) while developing a strong team to support this critical build and launch.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or engineering.
• Minimum 7 years IT leadership experience in pharma manufacturing and quality.
• Experience with MES implementations, data integration, and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure site IT readiness and start-up integration of IT systems (MES, data historian, real-time floor tracking).
• Provide IT site functional leadership and align with global IT strategy.
• Partner with facilities and project teams to embed IT/OT requirements in design and commissioning.
• Define and execute site IT roadmaps and ensure safe working environment.
