Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Warsaw, Indiana is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Leader to drive manufacturing and process improvements in a regulated medical-device environment.

You will define facility needs, oversee equipment installations, manage budgets, and coordinate IQ/OQ/PQ activities with cross-functional teams, while leading both exempt and non-exempt staff.

Travel is approximately 10% domestically; compensation ranges from $145k to $175k plus a target bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, science, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience including 3 years with direct reports.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience including 3 years or more with direct reports (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define facility needs with operations, quality, manufacturing engineers and maintenance personnel.
• Oversee installation of new equipment, process and products.
• Coordinate IQ, OQ & PQ projects with Engineers, Operations and Materials Management Personnel.
• Play key role in manufacturing and engineering annual budget submission.
• Oversee manufacturing processes performance and trends.
