Job summary

EGPAF’s Development department drives private fundraising to end AIDS and support children worldwide. The Associate Director leads growth via a $25M fundraising campaign, steering major gifts, partnerships, donor recognition, and planned giving initiatives.

Reporting to the Director, Development, this role requires strategic leadership, exceptional relationship-building, and the ability to manage a diverse donor portfolio across national and regional partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive development experience with major gifts.
• 2-4+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cultivate, and secure funding from private philanthropists at five-to-seven figure gifts.
• Develop donor cultivation plans and manage communications and solicitations.
• Cultivate and manage partnerships with corporate and foundation partners for engagement and giving.
• Oversee donor recognition program and annual engagement opportunities.
• Lead and manage a comprehensive planned giving program including donors funds and bequests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize fundraising opportunities.
