Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year fundraising experience.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to attend alumni engagement events at night and on weekends.

Responsabilités

• Identify and solicit upper-level annual gifts ($1,000+) and build the Bayley Society.
• Collaborate with University Advancement and the Alumni Engagement & Philanthropy team.
• Support giving day design, campaigns, and manage engagement center volunteers.
