Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks a strategic Launch Excellence leader to drive integrated planning for Immunology and US launches. You will partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Global teams to translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure readiness across all workstreams.

The role emphasizes scenario planning, risk mitigation and executive-level communication, with hybrid work and travel expectations for a US-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, General Management, Biotechnology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in pharma/biotech marketing, sales, strategy, or launch operations.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable, cross-functional plans.
• Strong program and project management across priorities, milestones, risks and interdependencies.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and build accountability.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills; senior stakeholder comms.
• Willingness to travel and meet on-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated launch planning and readiness.
• Translate brand and GTM strategy into integrated launch plans with milestones and ownership.
• Orchestrate readiness across core and extended launch workstreams.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to assess readiness and surface gaps.
• Support pre-launch measurement, launch monitoring and post-launch hypercare.
• Identify risks and facilitate mitigation discussions early.
• Lead scenario planning to focus resources on critical work.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Data & Analytics, and Global teams.
• Clarify Global-to-US inputs and handoffs for market-specific needs.
