Associate Director, iPaaS Platform Delivery

We are seeking an Associate Director, iPaaS Platform Delivery to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

1. Optimize performance, quality, and cost of delivery by defining and implementing proper resourcing, offshoring scope, and utilization; manage relationships with third-party provider teams, ensuring adherence to technical guidelines and SOPs.
2. Oversee implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of large-scale MuleSoft integrations; ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized; collaborate to address issues and enhance functionality.
3. Define and communicate the vision and business value of building and supporting the iPaaS platform; represent the iPaaS group to influence outcomes and make timely decisions.
4. Collaborate with DevOps, Enterprise Security, Journey partners, and Senior Executives to align iPaaS objectives with organizational goals.
5. Build and lead a team responsible for developing, designing, implementing, and supporting the technology strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Integrations.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum eight years of recent experience in Enterprise Integrations/iPaaS API-led strategies, including security best practices and architectural solutions for on-premises and cloud platforms.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
3. Proven success in strategic integrations with systems like Salesforce, Icertis, Azure Data Lake, and others listed.
4. Experience with various integration patterns and agile environments.
5. Experience in contract development, negotiations, transition, and implementation, with a solid track record in operational support.
6. Strong technical knowledge with the ability to create value and strategy; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.
