KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, iPaaS Platform Delivery to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This hybrid work role involves:

• Optimizing performance, quality, and cost of delivery, managing resources, offshoring scope, and third-party relationships.
• Overseeing MuleSoft integrations, ensuring security, scalability, and performance, and collaborating on enhancements.
• Defining and communicating the vision and business value of the iPaaS platform, influencing outcomes, and making timely decisions.
• Collaborating with DevOps, Security, partners, and executives to align objectives with organizational goals.
• Leading a team responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the technology strategy for Enterprise Integrations.

Qualifications include:

• At least eight years of experience in Enterprise Integrations/iPaaS, with expertise in security, architecture, and management of both on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven success with integrations involving Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, KPMG Clara, and other systems.
• Experience with various integration patterns, agile environments, and contract negotiations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
