Job summary

Cross Country Consulting is seeking an Associate Director to drive private equity integrations, carve-outs, and divestitures. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage TSA agreements, and mentor junior staff while engaging with CFOs, boards, and deal teams across sponsor relationships.

You will guide complex integration programs, build operating models, and ensure Day 1 readiness while advancing AI-enabled solutions in compliant, client-focused ways. Hybrid delivery and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar
• CPA or CA credential strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel to client sites — hybrid delivery model

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance workstream on post-close integrations and separations, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital
• Lead or support standalone cost model preparation
• Structure, price, and manage TSAs and reverse TSAs, including exit planning
• Lead separation, carve-out, and divestiture engagements end-to-end; stand up NewCo entities
• Build client relationships, support go-to-market efforts, and mentor junior team members
