The Associate Director of Integrated Investment has mastered the skills of a Supervisor and is responsible for managerial decision-making and senior client/vendor relationships. This role involves working with the Group Director to set priorities, allocate responsibilities, and measure team performance. The role also requires developing client and media owner relationships to enhance the team's deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen business relationships beyond PHD, maintaining client deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Group Director to foster team learning and innovation.
• Ensure strategic consistency across plan development and implementation.
• Explore ways to grow client relationships and manage large-scale partner relationships.
• Provide thought leadership in broadcast marketing and technology.
• Create performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and optimize learning.
• Oversee the buying and implementation of campaigns, coordinating resources and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Management experience: 3+ years managing teams, leading passionate media professionals, understanding client/agency finance processes, and following agency procedures.
• Media experience: 7+ years in media planning and activation, strong marketplace knowledge, proficiency in DDS/MediaOcean, Prisma, and media mathematics.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $120,000 USD, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, paid leave, and more. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in-office per week, with flexibility.
