Job summary

AIA Group is seeking a senior strategist to lead large-scale health management initiatives in alignment with corporate goals. You will analyze national policies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive multi-department health projects to successful, compliant delivery.

You bring 10+ years in health with strong strategic, governance and stakeholder-management capabilities, plus MBA or related master’s in health/business. Fluent English and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in public health management, health management, business administration MBA, marketing or related field.
• 10+ years in the health industry with at least 5 years in senior management; strategic planning and project management experience.
• Familiar with health management, medical care, elderly care sectors; successful large-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of national policies and regulations.
• Strong resource integration and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven with high responsibility and resilience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive mid-to-long-term strategy for health industry aligned with company goals.
• Analyze national policies, industry dynamics and market trends to provide data-driven insights.
• Lead cross-functional projects ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets meet expectations.
• Interpret health management policies and assess policy impact on business.
• Identify frontier technologies and business models to propose future directions.
• Coordinate internal resources to enable project rollout and operation optimization.
• Oversee health services processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Periodically review operations to identify risks and mitigate.
• Review qualifications of health management partners and suppliers company-wide.
• Ensure timely reporting to regulators and all-hands on relevant health service data.
• Coordinate disclosure of health service information and educate customers.
• Collect and analyze industry intelligence to inform management.
• Provide constructive input for product development and operations.
• Coordinate with departments for incident and emergency response plans.
• Prepare leadership briefing materials and data analyses for external speaking engagements.
• Build and lead a high-performing strategy and governance team.
• Set clear performance metrics and develop talent pipeline.
• Handle other delegated department tasks.

岗位职责

1. 负责制定并推动实施大健康业务的中长期发展战略 确保其与公司整体战略目标高度一致
2. 统筹分析国家政策、行业动态及市场趋势 为公司决策提供全面且深入的数据支持和洞察
3. 领导跨部门健管业务项目的规划、设计与执行 确保项目在预算、时间及质量上达到预期目标
4. 深入解读并分析健康管理与康养服务领域的国家政策法规 把握政策导向对业务发展的影响
5. 研究行业前沿技术、商业模式及发展趋势 提出具有前瞻性的业务发展方向建议
6. 负责组织、协调公司内部资源 推动健管业务相关项目的高效落地与运营优化
7. 对大健康服务及相关流程进行全方位监督与管控 确保制度流程符合国家法律法规及行业监管要求。统筹安排监管派发的相关工作 如监管调研、现场介绍、同业现场咨询等
8. 定期审查业务运营情况 识别潜在风险并制定应对措施 保障业务合规性与可持续发展
9. 统筹审核健管服务相关及全公司全渠道健管服务相关供应商和合作机构的健管资质
10. 按照监管要求 确保信息及时报送 包括每半年报送健康业务数据和全公司全渠道的健管服务信息 含服务项目、内容、服务分类、覆盖人群、服务供应商提供的服务成本、违约终止合作情况等
11. 统筹安排健管服务信息披露工作 明确信息披露范畴的要求和客户告知相关规定
12. 全面收集并深度分析同业信息 包括竞争对手动态、市场占有率、产品创新方向等 为管理层提供精准的市场洞察
13. 为服务产品的开发与运营优化提供建设性意见 助力提升用户体验与满意度
14. 协调相关部门 对健管服务中发生的重大事故和突发群体事件 做好应急预案 并及时向相关部门报告
15. 负责准备领导层汇报材料、相关数据分析与外部演说稿件等 确保内容准确、逻辑清晰并符合公司战略方向 为内部会议、外部交流及重要场合提供有力支持
16. 构建并领导一支高效、专业的战略与管控团队 推动团队成员能力提升与职业发展
17. 制定清晰的绩效考核标准 激励团队达成既定目标 并培养后备人才梯队
18. 领导交办的部门相关工作

岗位要求

1. 本科及以上学历 公共卫生管理、健康管理、工商管理 MBA 、市场营销或相关领域优先
2. 10年以上大健康行业工作经验 其中至少5年担任高级管理职位 如资深高级经理、副总监等 具备丰富的战略规划与项目管理经验。有服务产品规划与管理经验优先
3. 熟悉健康管理、医疗保健、养老产业等细分领域 有成功推动大型健管项目落地的经验
4. 深刻理解国家政策法规 能够准确把握政策导向对业务的影响
5. 具备优秀的资源整合能力 能够有效协调内外部资源以实现业务目标
6. 出色的战略思维与全局视野 能够在复杂环境中快速做出科学决策
7. 优秀的沟通与谈判能力 能够与不同层级的利益相关方建立信任并达成共识
