熟悉医院准入、医保、商保及患者支持项目流程，执行区域的准入计划，确保公司产品在医院渠道的畅通和准入。

及时洞察辖区市场状态并向上级主管反馈竞争状况等市场信息，依据市场现状适当调整业务计划，并提出反馈建议

客户管理与维护：

根据品牌策略完成辖区客户画像分析（Profiling）最大程度的识别出潜力客户，结合公司绩效目标确定CRM目标客户，完成客户分级等CRM维护要求，确保客户信息真实、准确、完整；

根据绩效目标制定拜访计划并实施，准确传递疾病知识、指南更新、临床证据和产品价值，识别客户学术需求并建立长期可信赖合作关系；

学术活动执行：

独立组织开展医院会，围绕疾病知识、临床证据和产品价值进行清晰、准确、合规的讲解并答疑，并完成会后跟进和系统记录。

执行辖区内公司认可的学术交流，配合跨部门团队推动/执行重点项目落地（如：COE项目等）

合作创新与合规：

与跨TA，跨部门（市场、医学、准入等）团队协作，共享客户洞察、业务机会和执行反馈；

• 参与区域会议、业务回顾、培训和经验分享，保持成长心态，主动学习并应用公司数字化工具。
• 严格遵守公司的各项规章制度，确保辖区内业务活动的执行均符合公司政策和流程的要求；保护客户信息、公司商业信息及患者隐私，以诚信、专业的方式代表公司形象。
