Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring an Associate Director, Product Marketing (ICHRA) in Tempe, AZ for a hybrid role with in-office presence three days a week. The base pay range is $147,549–$193,658 per year, with benefits and performance bonuses included.

You will drive end-to-end GTM, translate insurance features into messaging, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Creative, and Legal teams to scale the B2B motion. You report to the Senior Director, Product Marketing and work across regions to optimize

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in product marketing, brand strategy, B2B enablement, or growth marketing.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience leading GTM campaign execution specifically for health insurance, FinTech, or digital consumer health products.

Responsibilities

• Translate plan features and regulatory structures into clear value propositions and messaging frameworks.
• Lead localized launch strategies and broker/audience campaigns.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Creative and Legal to accelerate broker adoption and member enrollment.
• Track KPIs and scale Oscar's B2B commercial motion.
• Manage feature rollouts and Open Enrollment timelines across cross-functional teams.
