Job Summary:
The Associate Director of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in driving strategic organizational planning, leadership and talent development, and fostering a performance-driven culture. This position requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in strategic partnership, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

  • Drive Strategic Organization Planning (SOP) processes in alignment with the Annual Strategic Review (ASR) through strong partnerships with managers and leaders.
  • Understand the strategic plans of various businesses, extract HR implications, and drive timely actions.
  • Analyze talent market trends and HR analytics to meet organizational needs.

Leadership & Talent Development:

  • Assess key drivers and gaps in leadership effectiveness and design appropriate interventions.
  • Enhance leadership quality, focusing on Servant Leadership, Growth Mindset, and People Manager Expectations through coaching and team feedback sessions.
  • Build strong succession pipelines for leadership and critical positions.
  • Identify key talents, provide career consultations with leadership, and track development actions.
  • Facilitate talent brokering across and beyond the organization.

Culture:

  • Promote a performance-driven culture by continuously improving processes and performance.
  • Drive the well-being agenda to enhance financial, emotional, physical, and social pillars for client groups.
  • Design and execute local agendas in line with needs of businesses and associates.

Collaboration with Other HR Functions:

  • Partner with the RPO team and hiring managers to ensure effective and timely hiring.
  • Communicate organizational needs with Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Engagement (COEs) to revisit existing programs or implement new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Service Center for seamless processes around associates' life cycles.

Working in a Matrix:

  • Participate as a member of the country HR/Admin leadership team and other relevant teams to enhance corporate transformation and promote company initiatives.
  • Maintain close contact and communication with local and regional stakeholders.

Building Compliant Culture:

  • Embrace and communicate the BD WAY.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with relevant Acts, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Drive projects and ad-hoc initiatives

Requirements:

Education & Career:

  • 12+ years of experience in HR.
  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Cross-cultural or industry exposure.
  • Building Compliant Culture:

Professional Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership skills in strategy, people, and operational management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Expertise in HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Organizational agility.
