Job summary

Quinnipiac University is seeking an Associate Director of High School Partnerships and Pre-College Recruitment to lead pre-college initiatives, summer programs, and dual enrollment efforts. You will manage inquiries, guide students and families, and coordinate with Admissions, Lifelong Learning, and partner schools to align outreach with university priorities.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front end of pre-college programs and inquiries, guiding students and families through registration.
• Develop and execute communication plans to support inquiry conversion and enrollment.
• Represent Quinnipiac at high school visits and events to promote pre-college offerings.
• Coordinate partnerships with QU Academy and other high school partnerships.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Lifelong Learning, and academic units to align outreach.
• Support CRM processes, forms, and workflows for pre-college programs.
