Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Marketing to lead the Hepatitis Delta (HDV) diagnostics and patient-finding strategy in the U.S.

You will build scalable capabilities to identify undiagnosed patients, reduce barriers in the diagnostic journey, and translate insights into launch-ready programs. Collaborating with Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, and Field teams, you will drive testing adoption, partner with labs and health systems, and manage multi-year roadmaps

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, healthcare, or related industry.
• Experience developing external partnerships with diagnostic laboratories, healthcare systems, advocacy organizations, or community organizations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year HDV patient-identification and diagnostics roadmap.
• Lead US commercial diagnostics and patient-finding strategy for HDV.
• Develop frameworks to operationalize HDV testing pathways in health systems and labs.
• Lead initiatives to increase HDV testing and reflex testing adoption.
• Build partnerships with diagnostic laboratories, health systems, and testing orgs.
