Responsibilities

• Define and maintain GDMS onboarding material and processes aligned with onboarding activities.
• Define skill and knowledge requirements mapping to business needs.
• Develop competency frameworks, curricula, and delivery mechanisms.
• Lead learning portfolio delivery with quality and on-time execution.
• Coordinate tooling, LMS integrations, and enterprise talent initiatives.
• Evolve curriculum using analytics and benchmarking insights.
• Manage onboarding, rotations, and external engagement activities.
