Qualifications

• 5 years clinical research experience or relevant experience in a scientific or health-related field; or an advanced degree.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional study teams to deliver trials on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate local, regional and global trial enrollment plans and budget considerations.
• Ensure trial master file is inspection-ready and maintains audit quality.
