We are seeking an Associate Director, Global Business Services Tech Enablement Strategy to join our Business Process organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the organization's technology enablement and intelligent operations strategy, including a strategic roadmap to modernize GBS' digital tools and integrate generative AI use cases, ensuring automation and AI leverage across GBS.
• Lead the deployment of the strategic roadmap, overseeing requirements gathering, implementation, go-lives, and enhancements; make autonomous decisions and consult with senior leaders on complex issues.
• Manage internationally located development teams to ensure alignment on solutions, timelines, and quality; resolve conflicts and foster collaboration; review internal processes to identify AI-driven solutions and establish implementation priorities.
• Establish standards and controls to ensure quality, timeliness, and safe deployment of developments, including handover to support teams.
• Partner with delivery centers and innovation teams to share best practices, leverage existing solutions, and stay updated on emerging technologies; promote continuous learning and innovation.
• Identify client opportunities, support deployment, develop case studies, presentations, and support external events; coach and mentor junior staff; plan resource deployment and manage teams.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of recent experience with automation, AI, and enterprise technology implementations or five years in consulting, complex transformation projects, preferably in Fortune 500, Big 4, or similar environments.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience working with global teams, outsourcing, and consulting services.
• Strong project management, organizational change management, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop technology and process solutions, contribute to strategic growth, and lead high-performance teams.
