Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of donor management, philanthropy or fundraising experience.
• Experience in managing large-scale events is required.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising strategy and implement it in the Los Angeles area.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the direct report and staff wellbeing.
• Oversee outreach and cultivation events and donor relations in the city.
• Coordinate with committees, researchers, and event consultants.
