Qualifications

• Proven experience in student engagement, outreach, or customer service leadership.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of student engagement and outreach strategies for financial aid.
• Oversee financial aid communications across platforms to ensure clarity and timeliness.
• Coordinate workshops, information sessions, orientations, and financial literacy programming for students and families.
• Supervise professional and support staff in student services and outreach.
