Associate Director, Field Sales - CCH Tagetik - Remote

Position Overview: As the Associate Director, Field Sales, you will provide leadership and oversight to multiple sales teams across various regions or markets. Your role involves driving significant revenue growth, implementing strategic directions, and ensuring operational excellence. Leading by example, you will inspire your managers and their teams to achieve outstanding results. You will be instrumental in shaping the sales culture and aligning multiple departments towards common organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the assigned CCH Tagetik sales team to maximize solution sales, customer satisfaction, partner engagement, and territory management.
  2. Manage revenue pipeline for the team and collaborate with AEs, product specialists, and partners on sales strategy and solution offerings.
  3. Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets with high team participation and business partner engagement.
  4. Ensure accurate forecasting and business planning.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  6. Provide transactional sales support and handle complex deal issues.
  7. Maintain proper sales hygiene, including account planning, system updates, and pipeline accuracy.
  8. Attract, develop, mentor, motivate, and retain a high-performing sales team.
  9. Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements.
  10. Align sales activities with company goals through effective communication.
  11. Contribute to sales policies, procedures, and best practices development.
  12. Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of sales experience in SaaS and technology or 7-10 years in CPM/EPM.
  • 1-2 years of front-line management and leadership experience.
  • Expertise in sales strategy, leadership, revenue growth, and cross-department coordination.
  • Strong client and industry relationship management skills.

Travel: Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office during recruitment.

Compensation: Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $153,200 - $216,850
