Permanent remote role with travel required. Preferred candidate will be located in PST or CST.

As the Associate Director, Field Sales, you will provide leadership and oversight to multiple sales teams across various regions or markets. Your role involves driving significant revenue growth, implementing strategic directions, and ensuring operational excellence. Leading by example, you will inspire your managers and their teams to achieve outstanding results. You will be instrumental in shaping the sales culture and aligning multiple departments towards common organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the assigned CCH Tagetik sales team to maximize solution sales, customer satisfaction, partner engagement, and territory management.
  • Manage revenue pipeline for the team and work with AEs, product specialists, and partners on sales strategy and solution offerings.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets with broad participation across the sales team and a high level of business partner participation.
  • Ensure strong forecasting accuracy and linearity in revenue projections and business planning.
  • Build a network of executive relationships with key customers and partners that can be leveraged.
  • Provide transactional sales support to all sellers, channel teams, and partners in key deals/complex sales opportunities; handle partner/customer-related issues requiring senior management attention.
  • Ensure proper sales hygiene, including account planning, updated system entries, forecast, and pipeline accuracy.
  • Attract, develop, mentor, motivate, and retain a team of driven Account Executives.
  • Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure alignment of sales activities with company goals through effective communication and strategy meetings.
  • Contribute to developing sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assess and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and enhance performance.
Qualifications
  • 10-15 years sales experience in SaaS and technology OR 7-10 years sales experience in CPM/EPM.
  • 1-2 years experience in front-line management and leadership.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing high-impact sales strategies.
  • Skills in leading, mentoring, and developing sales managers and their teams.
  • Proficiency in driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple regions or markets.
  • Experience in managing high-level client and influencer relationships.
  • Skills in monitoring performance and implementing improvements.
  • Proficiency in strategic communication and aligning departments with organizational goals.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and create accurate forecasting methodologies.
Travel
  • 30-50% travel required.

Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office during recruitment.

Compensation

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $153,200 - $216,850
