Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. in Cambridge, MA, seeks an Associate Director, Medical Affairs to oversee select medical affairs activities for the Migraine portfolio and support US medical strategy for Dysport.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director, support advisory boards, and ensure accurate medical communications and training across teams. The role involves reviewing educational grants, leading scientific publications, and coordinating with Global and US Medical teams to maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Medical Affairs.
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management skills to oversee multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement medical strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Serve as SME on medical area and asset cross-functional committees.
• Support clinical research projects including design, execution, and analysis.
• Develop content for external medical education programs.
• Lead advisory board planning and execution.
• Train internal teams on disease area and Ipsen product content.
• Review and approve promotional and medical materials.
• Plan, execute and budget medical activities.
• Oversee budgets for clinical grants and medical education activities.
• Lead development of scientific materials with Medical Communications.
• Contribute to the U.S. scientific publication plan.
• Attend congresses for scientific exchange.
