Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience in Higher Education Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree and 1 year of related experience in Higher Education Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience with faculty reviews, promotion and tenure processes, and academic governance.
• Ability to work independently, manage confidential information, and lead projects with accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training for departmental staff and faculty on the Faculty Success System (FSS).
• Develop and implement post-tenure review processes and workflows in the FSS for Provost-level reviews.
• Collaborate with deans and liaisons on promotion/tenure processes and reporting to the Provost/President.
• Maintain compliance with records, audits, and confidentiality rules; generate analytics and reports.
