Kforce is seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Network Security in New York City on a hybrid basis. You will lead the strategy, development, and operations of enterprise network security across a large-scale environment, partnering with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to enable secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise network security, especially Palo Alto technologies and centralized firewall management.
• Experience with F5, WAFs, and/or Forescout is a strong plus.
• Strong incident management and risk mitigation in large enterprises.
• Ability to balance technical depth with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise network security strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and security professionals.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of enterprise security technologies.
• Drive incident response coordination, escalation management, and remediation efforts.
• Lead infrastructure assessments, risk mitigation, and security hardening initiatives.
• Partner with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams on enterprise security initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, hardware lifecycle planning, and budget allocation.
• Promote a security-first operational culture across the organization.
