Job summary

Union College Career Center in Becker Hall seeks an Assistant Director of Employer Relations to lead campus recruiting, employer engagement, and signature career programs. You will coordinate recruiting cycles, events, and consortium initiatives while collaborating with faculty and alumni to strengthen pipelines for students.

The role reports to the Career Center Director and requires flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed, with a salary around mid-60k range and an in-person work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with career services, corporate recruiting, or higher education relationship management desired.
• Familiarity with Handshake and client relationship management software desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus recruiting cycles and outreach events for Union College students.
• Coordinate physician outreach, alumni networking, employer, and consortium events.
• Support logistical details and marketing for employer, alumni, networking, and consortium events.
• Support Union Financial Network programming including on-site events in New York City.
• Represent the college on regional recruiting initiatives and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Director to report outcomes and effectiveness of employer-relations programs.
