Job summary

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Associate Director, Disability Resource Center, UNLV Student Wellness.

The Associate Director will lead a team of disability specialists, oversee compliance with Section 504 and the ADA, and support policy development and campus accessibility initiatives.

This role collaborates with faculty and staff to expand inclusive services and reporting to the Director, enhancing program evaluation and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by US DOE/CHEA.
• Three years of professional work experience with students in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train a team of disability specialists.
• Lead the documentation review committee.
• Direct reporting and data gathering for DRC programs and services.
• Assist in developing and implementing assessment tools for program evaluation.
• Assist the Director with staff supervision, policy drafting and implementation.
• Provide supervision for staff, interns, and part-time employees.
