Job summary

Salary $75,000–$83,000; typical office hours; relocation not included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social science, behavioral science, or a related field.
• 3+ years in disability higher education services or student accessibility.
• Experience reviewing disability documentation and determining accommodations.
• Knowledge of ADA, ADA Amendments Act, Section 504, and FERPA.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating student programs.
• Ability to coordinate processes and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain accommodations clearly.
• Experience maintaining confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes for student accommodations and timelines.
• Hire, train, supervise 4-5 Access Coordinators and evaluate performance.
• Provide guidance on D&A processes and respond to day-to-day questions.
• Conduct intake and drop-in appointments for 150-200 students.
• Maintain confidential student records per policy.
• Present accessibility information at campus events and trainings.
• Collaborate with campus departments and external partners.
