AT&T seeks an Associate Director to lead the wireless performance organization, owning the integrated performance story and driving improvements in acquisitions, lifecycle growth, monetization, and sales health.

The role requires building a disciplined, data-driven culture, developing talent, and coordinating across Product, Technology, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to maximize value and ensure execution of high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required or desired.
• 7+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own wireless performance and drive revenue growth, activation, upgrades, and customer outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team with clear ownership and accountability.
• Influence senior leaders and align analytics, product, technology, and marketing to growth priorities.
• Identify and quantify growth opportunities across acquisition, lifecycle, monetization, and customer experience.
• Protect demand, diagnose issues, reduce friction, and minimize sales leakage.
