AT&T seeks a Director of Product Management & Development to lead a high-growth consumer mobility portfolio from Dallas. You will define the long‑term vision and roadmap, guiding customer insights and market opportunities into revenue, subscriptions, and profitability.
You will build and lead a cross-functional team, align stakeholders, and drive end-to-end product delivery, go-to-market, and lifecycle management to maximize value and shareholder return.
Job Purpose: Lead a high-growth product portfolio, overseeing strategy, roadmap, commercialization, partnerships, and lifecycle performance to accelerate revenue and subscriber growth. Lead the incubation, commercialization and scaling of innovative consumer products and growth businesses, transforming new concepts into sustainable revenue streams and differentiated customer experiences. Drive end-to-end business ownership, including P&L management, business case development, new feature development, channel expansion, go-to-market execution, and customer experience optimization. Partner across internal and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve portfolio performance, and maximize return on investment while delivering measurable business outcomes. This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in Dallas, TX. No relocation is offered.
