The Aerospace Corporation seeks an Associate Director of Digital Transformation to lead end‑to‑end programs spanning modeling and simulation, data platforms, AI workflows, cloud, and HPC. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or other technical discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience in software eng, systems eng, or digital transformation (DE/M&S/cloud/AI).
• 7+ years in leadership roles managing technical teams.
• Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments with evolving requirements and diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital transformation across M&S software, data platforms, cloud/HPC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, AI/ML technologies.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership and cross‑discipline teams.
• Track record establishing technical strategies, standards, and adoption across large organizations.
• Experience with DoD, NNSA, Intelligence Community, or civil space programs in advisory/delivery roles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic digital transformation initiatives and roadmaps for Aerospace and government customers.
• Provide governance frameworks, standards, program management, and decision processes for initiatives.
• Build and retain high-performing teams across M&S, data, DevSecOps, cloud, and AI.
• Serve as customer liaison with senior government stakeholders and align efforts with mission priorities.
• Drive adoption of modern digital capabilities and manage organizational change.
• Integrate across M&S software, data management, infrastructure, security, and operations.
• Champion engineering practices, CI/CD maturity, and development workflows.
