Job summary

Temple University Institutional Advancement is seeking an Associate Director of Digital Philanthropy to develop and optimize digital fundraising strategies that boost donor participation and retention. You will manage multi-channel campaigns, Giving Days, crowdfunding, and peer-to-peer initiatives, using data-driven insights to strengthen annual giving and philanthropic efforts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience in higher education advancement or nonprofit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years of directly related experience in higher education advancement or nonprofit fundraising.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize digital fundraising strategies to increase donor participation and retention.
• Manage multi-channel fundraising campaigns and donor journeys.
• Oversee Giving Days, crowdfunding, and peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives.
• Leverage data, analytics, and technology to enhance annual giving and broader philanthropic efforts.
