You will need to be systems thinker as you will have a key leadership role in maturing Humana's value stream delivery platform. You will need to have a delivery oriented mindset as you lead a team of skilled engineers to build a cohesive delivery experience across all tech stacks at Humana. Finally, in this role you will need to be skilled at working across organizational boundaries to be the connective tissue of the engineer experience by collaborating with your peers in DevSecOps, Quality, and Infrastructure Automation organizations.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$142,300 - $195,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
