The Associate SEO Director position focuses on leading SEO strategies and team operations to drive organic growth and online visibility. This role combines technical SEO expertise with leadership capabilities to develop innovative approaches while overseeing implementation and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities:

- Developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to maximize organic traffic growth.

- Leading and mentoring the SEO team, creating a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.

- Conducting technical SEO audits and overseeing implementation of recommendations with developers and product teams.

- Analyzing performance data and reporting on SEO KPIs, providing actionable insights and strategic adjustments.

- Collaborating with content, product, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices across all digital initiatives.

- Driving innovation through SEO strategies tailored for Large Language Models to increase brand visibility within AI-generated responses.

Requirements:

- Industry Experience: 5+ years in SEO roles within the Tech or SaaS industry.

- Leadership: 3+ years leading cross-functional SEO teams in Tech companies.

- Technical Skills: Strong technical SEO proficiency and programming knowledge.

- Data Analysis: Exceptional data analysis and interpretation capabilities.

- Keyword Expertise: Advanced knowledge of keyword research and content optimization.

- Tool Proficiency: Experience with SEO tools and platforms like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and GSC.

- Google Guidelines: Strong understanding of E-E-A-T and Helpful Content guidelines.

- Enterprise Experience: Background with large-scale website optimization (1000+ indexed pages).

- AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools and GenAI SEO applications.

- Executive Communication: Experience presenting SEO strategy to C-level stakeholders.

- Work Environment: Comfort working in high-paced, results-oriented settings.

- Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1 or above).
