Job summary

Omnicom seeks an Associate Director, Data Management & Visualization, to enable timely, accurate data access for agency and client teams. You will design analytics frameworks, govern taxonomies, and drive AI-enabled insights across the network.

You will lead data operations, build scalable dashboards, and implement modern metrics to support data-driven decisions. This role requires collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or MS in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize workflows, systems, and tools to streamline processes and scalability.
• Oversee analytics initiatives, including taxonomies, naming conventions, data quality standards, and compliance monitoring.
• Build DM&V capabilities across data ops, automation, campaign reporting, and dashboards.
• Advance analytics, ML, and AI-ready datasets to enable data-driven decisions.
• Manage centralized reporting environments and self-serve dashboards for global rollouts.
• Represent DMV capabilities in strategic discussions with leadership and partners.
