Job summary

Binghamton University is seeking an experienced Associate Director for Undergraduate Admissions to lead data-driven recruitment strategies and oversee first-year and transfer recruitment within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

You will supervise territory managers, establish recruitment goals, and develop strategies to meet enrollment targets across multiple markets while coordinating communication plans and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Recruitment in setting recruitment goals and building relationships in identified markets.
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive undergraduate admissions strategy.
• Track inquiries, applications, and deposits; expand in key markets and identify new opportunities.
• Create data-driven recruitment plans to maximize impact and identify promising markets.
• Plan travel, manage travel budgets, and measure ROI of recruitment activities.
• Oversee application review and ensure timely decision releases.
• Develop and execute communications for prospective students and families.
• Present to large groups of prospective students and families.
• Travel to key markets as needed.
• Evaluate ongoing activities and advise on value of recruitment and yield initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with campus offices and participate in committees.
