Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) required.
• At least five (5) years of progressive professional experience in admissions, enrollment, and/or student recruitment.
• Proven track record of success including breaking into new markets and relationship-building.
• Supervisory experience managing professional and student staff.
• Experience working with Banner (or equivalent) and a CRM system.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Valid/clean driver's license to operate a motor vehicle in NYS and driving experience (for extensive travel).
• Valid passport, or ability to obtain one (for international travel).
• Ability to walk, stand for long periods, lift and carry boxes weighing 25 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Recruitment in establishing recruitment goals and building a portfolio of contacts.
• Develop and communicate the comprehensive strategy for undergraduate admissions initiatives.
• Track inquiries, applications, and deposits across territories and design strategies to boost applications.
• Develop data-driven recruitment strategies to maximize impact in existing markets and identify new markets.
• Develop a travel strategy, manage a travel budget and measure ROI.
• Oversee application review and ensure timely decision releases.
• Create and execute communication plans for prospective students and families.
• Travel to key markets as needed and represent the university publicly.
