Merck in West Point, PA seeks an Associate Director, Portfolio & Resource Operations, to lead data-driven analytics for capacity, workload, and utilization across functions. You will drive standardization, visibility, and informed decision making.

You will partner with GDMS and enterprise teams to advance forecasting tools, dashboards, and workforce analytics, while guiding cross-functional and virtual teams through change and improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field.
• Advanced Degree (Masters or Doctorate): minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and influencing skills.

• Maintain headcount, workload, and demand models; run allocation algorithms to ensure timely delivery.
• Support operating-model optimization and translate outcomes into action plans.
• Manage real-time workload balancing, capacity, and compliant case allocation across geographies.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards; collect, analyze, and validate portfolio data and ensure standardized reporting.
• Assist in developing forecasting tools, dashboards, and visualizations; improve capacity modeling and workforce analytics.
• Support long-term quality management plans and participate in strategic projects.
