Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Data Context Enablement to lead development and operationalization of the enterprise AI Context Layer. This role drives governance, scale, and trusted data to support AI applications across therapeutic areas.

The position focuses on defining reusable data context products, partnering with business and technology teams, and ensuring data readiness for analytics, CRM, and decision support in a regulated healthcare context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data management, AI, or analytics
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, semantic modeling, AI governance, and data lifecycle management
• Experience with Generative AI, knowledge graphs, metadata, and enterprise data strategies
• Proven leadership in complex cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management

Role:

Associate Director, Data Context Enablement at Johnson & Johnson, leading the development and operationalization of the enterprise AI Context Layer to support AI applications across therapeutic areas.

Requirements:

10+ years in data management, AI, or analytics; degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields; strong knowledge of data platforms, semantic modeling, AI governance, and data lifecycle management; experience with Generative AI, knowledge graphs, metadata, and enterprise data strategies; proven leadership in complex cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management.

Preferred:

experience in pharma, healthcare, or life sciences domains, with familiarity in regulated environments and responsible AI practices.
