Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an Associate Director of Data Analytics and Reporting to lead key analysis and financial reporting for the Supply Chain Finance team. This role bridges operational and financial analysis and supports recurring business cadence.

Responsibilities include budget management, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration to improve supply chain performance while guiding monthly reporting with senior finance leaders and functional teams.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 12 years in relevant roles, or advanced degree with minimum 10 years experience.
• Experience with executive communication and presenting to leadership.
• Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide budgetary support across Supply Chain functions.
• Lead financial reporting cadence with Raytheon Supply Chain VP, OSCQ Finance VP, Sr. Director of Supply Chain Finance.
• Coordinate LRP, AOP, Forecast, Pool EACs across Supply Chain Finance and OSCQ FP&A.
• Facilitate aggregation and presentation of KPIs and reporting for MBR, OMM, SFP cadences.
