Job summary

AT&T in Charlotte, NC seeks an Associate Director, Cybersecurity Compliance & Technical Risk to lead the Technical Risk Compliance team, manage ~40 audits annually, and partner with Finance, Security, and IT across the enterprise.

You will drive SOX, PCI, HIPAA, ISO, SOC audits, advance governance, deploy ServiceNow GRC, and shape AI-enabled risk management while developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in cybersecurity, information systems, engineering, or related fields.
• 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, technical risk management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of IT control frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise compliance programs across SOX, PCI, HIPAA, ISO, and SOC.
• Coordinate with control owners, business stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.
• Oversee audit planning, evidence collection, testing, remediation, and execution.
• Provide executive reporting on progress, risks, and performance.
