General Description:

The AD. CRA Manager supports resourcing strategy and personnel oversight within the Site Management organization. They develop and support metrics and KPIs for CRA staff, focusing on new technology and analytic platforms to ensure continuous improvement. They provide leadership for CRA Managers and their teams, ensuring accountability, training, and performance management. They collaborate with CTOMs to ensure proper monitoring standards, including adherence to SOPs, GCP guidelines, and country-specific regulations. The role may involve conducting assessments and visits, leading process improvements, and supporting regional strategies.

Essential Functions:

• Manage resourcing strategy for CRA staff in the Americas.
• Lead CRA Managers and oversee their teams.
• Develop and support metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure quality monitoring and manage relationships with CRO line managers.
• Act as escalation point for CRA issues.
• Coordinate training and monitor study delivery milestones.
• Support audits, inspections, and site identification processes.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervise CRA Management and staff.
• Support resource planning and staff development.

Education & Qualifications:

• BSc/BA in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years' Clinical Operations experience, including >5 years in personnel and trial management, and monitoring experience.
• Experience in oncology global trials preferred.

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.
• Familiarity with CTMS and data management systems.

Other Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.
• Over 5 years management or oversight experience in pharma or CRO.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.

Travel: Up to 15-25% required.
